RAICHUR: Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) has raised the price of Nandini milk by Rs 4 per litre, much to the annoyance of customes. Despite issuing a revised price list, the federation is selling milk with an additional price printed on the packet. Customers have expressed their displeasure against the government.
Contrary to the announced price of Shubham Gold milk, which was Rs 2 per litre, it has increased to Rs 3 per half litre and Rs 4 per litre .
The new half-litre packet of Shubham Gold Milk now comes with a higher price tag. What was earlier Rs 26 per half litre and was supposed to be Rs 28, is now Rs 29.
The price increased from Rs 49 to Rs 51 per litre, but KMF is selling it Rs 53 per litre with additional 50 ml volume. Customers are blaming the government saying that it has failed to keep its word.
