BENGALURU: The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) is inviting applications for allotment of duplex houses this month. The last date for submission of applications is July 15.
The prices for the houses are as follows: a 3-BHK house costs Rs 99 lakh, a 3.5 BHK house with 2,400 square feet of area costs Rs 1.40 crore, and a 4-BHK house costs Rs 1.85 crore.
Applications can be submitted online. Currently, 100 houses are available for allotment. Based on demand, the Housing Board may consider constructing duplex houses in the future.
