UDUPI: Karkala former MLA Gopal Bhandari’s son Sudeep Bhandari allegedly committed suicide by coming under a speeding train near Barkur on Monday night. However, the reason behind his death is yet to be confirmed.
The Brahmavar police have registered a case and are investigating the case. According to reports, Sudeep Bhandary owned a liquor store in Hebri where he was staying and had run into financial difficulties. He leaves behind his mother, wife, two children, a brother, and a sister.
