Kanthara breaks all records, becomes most watched movie in Karnataka

BENGALURU: The movie ‘Kantara’ is breaking all records by becoming the most viewed movie in 25 days after its release in Karantaka.

The movie, produced by under Hombale films, was watched by 77 lakh people in 25 days, surpassing other movies like Rajakumara (2017), KGF-1 (2018) and KGF-2 (2022).

Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films shared on his official twitter page that Kantara had surpassed all records in Karnataka.

Rishab Shetty played the lead role and was also the director and screenplay writer of Kantara.

Kantara (mystical forest) is a movie about traditional Daivaradane and the Bhoota Kola legacy. The theme of the movie is conflict between nature and human beings. Rishabh Shetty, who plays the lead role, is also the director and screenplay writer of the movie.

The film has an stellar cast including the likes of Sapthami Gowda, Kishore and Achyuth Kumar, who delivered an exceptional performance. Kantara’s cinematography by Aravind Kashyap is excellent. Even the lighting and frame play an important part in the movie. The movie was released on September 30. Netizens are appreciating the effort that has gone into making of the movie.
