Kantara movie dancers hurt after vehicle overturns 

UDUPI: Six junior dance artists of the film ‘Kantara-1’ were seriously injured after their Tempo Traveller van, which was carrying about 25 people, overturned on the Kollur-Halkal road, Udupi. The accident occurred when the vehicle was returning from the film shoot in Muddur.

The dancers were in Udupi for the shooting of the Kannada film ‘Kantara-1.’. The injured are being treated at a private hospital in Kundapura. Some of the injured are also receiving treatment at the Mahalakshmi Clinic in Jadkal.

The film’s shooting was scheduled to continue for another four days.
