BENGALURU: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that there are high chances of heavy rainfall in 10 districts of the state within the next few hours.
The IMD has forecast that wind, thunder and lightning are likely to occur in Belagavi, Vijayapura, Bagalkot, Kalaburagi, Bidar, Ballari, Mysuru, Davanagere, Bengaluru and Tumakur districts.
Many parts of coastal Karnataka too have experienced rainfall and Hassan in Malnad region experienced its first rain of this season on Thursday.
