CHITRADURGA: Income Tax officials raided the farmhouse of JD(S) Hiriyur candidate Ravindrappa at Mungusuvalli village in Hiriyur taluk. The search has been going on since Friday.
A team of I-T Department officials from Bengaluru and Davanagere is conducting the search on Ravindrappa, a retired chief engineer, and are examining documents. The team is headed by Income Tax deputy commissioner Mithun and the search operation is expected to end today (April 22).
