BENGALURU: After speculation over his relations with actor Darshan, Dhruva Sarja broke his silence on his birthday on Friday and warned trolls and fake accounts against damaging his image or misusing his name.
Dhruva Sarja said, “Darshan is a senior actor. There is always respect for him in his presence and even in his absence. But I have a couple of questions to ask him. Without clearing those questions, I can’t speak with him when there is something on my mind. I don’t need to pretend to please someone while there’s something in my mind. I don’t know how to fake it. We too have self-respect and self-esteem”.
Recently, actor Darshan and Dhruva Sarja shared the stage during protest organised over the Cauvery water dispute. Dhruva was sitting on stage when actor Shivarajkumar was speaking, but got down from the stage when Darshan was speaking. They did not even smile at each other, leading to a buzz that all may not be well between the two.
With a lot of gossip doing the rounds on social media, many in the industry felt that it would be better for both the actors to talk to each other and sort out issues before it can create an embarrassing situation for both.
Dhruva further said, “I have some questions for Darshan, I will talk to him. Then, there may be more clarity. Moreover, it is my personal matter”. With this, Dhruva indirectly accepted that all was not well between them.
Dhruva Sarja warned people who created fake accounts in his name and made trolls, saying, “I know that some trolls are igniting sparks between us”. He also warned such trolls and said, “Many fake accounts were created in my name on social media. They are trying to create enmity between us. But don’t let me catch you. Those who are creating fake accounts, Be careful!”.
