BENGALURU: A housewife committed suicide by hanging. The deceased has been identified as Edwina (28), who had married Mani six years ago.
Mani works as a car driver and the couple often had minor quarrells. On Monday morning, Mani left for the temple, but when he returned, he found his wife’s body hanging. The family alleged that the husband locked the house and killed his wife, accusing him of murder.
The body was sent to Victoria Hospital. A complaint was filed at the Rajagopal Nagar police station under the charge of abetment to suicide.
