BENGALURU: Hindu leader Suresh Gowda has filed a complaint against Girish Mattannavar, who is accused of conspiring in the alleged Dharmasthala mass burial case, with the Human Rights Commission in Bengaluru.
Gowda alleged that Mattannanavar introduced himself as a member of the Human Rights Commission to the Dharmasthala police and misused the organisation’s name by making false statements.
The complainant demanded action against Mattannanavar, stating that he misused the Human Rights Commission’s name for his own purposes. The authorities have assured a thorough investigation and promised to take necessary action. Suresh Gowda also plans to file a complaint with the police station regarding the matter.

Speaking to Public TV, the complainant Suresh Gowda said that Girish has lied and used the Human Rights Commission’s name to further his agenda. “This is not right. The officials have also taken immediate action”, he said. Gowda added that he will soon file a complaint in this regard with the police station.
