KOLAR: The police on Sunday fined more than 50 motorcycle riders for indulging in speeding on the highway near Kondarajanahalli on the outskirts of the town.
Every Sunday, several hobby racers descend on the outskirts of Kolar to race their bikes. The Kolar Rural police took up a drive to impose fines on the riders on Sunday for riding beyond speed limits.
