KALABURAGI: A head constable died on the spot after his car overturned due to a tyre blowout in Sedam in the district. The deceased has been identified as Moizuddin (52), who was serving as head constable in the Ashok Nagar police station in Kalaburagi.
It is learnt that three people were traveling in the car. The two others sustained minor injuries and were admitted to the hospital. Moizuddin’s brother Nizamuddin and another person were said to be in the car.
The accident took place while they were travelling from Kalaburagi city to Malakhed in Sedam taluk. A case has been registered in Malakhed police station in this regard.
