BENGALURU: Sandalwood’s hat-trick hero Shivrajkumar underwent successful surgery at the Miami Cancer Institute in Florida. The surgery, which lasted about six hours, was performed by a team of expert doctors led by Dr Murugesh, an Indian-origin specialist.
Shivrajkumar’s wife Geetha, daughter Niveditha, and brother-in-law, Madhu Bangarappa, were with him at the hospital. After the surgery,
Shivrajkumar spoke to his fans through a video call, expressing his gratitude to God, his well-wishers, and the medical team for their support and prayers. 
Shivarajkumar, who is undergoing cancer treatment and will undergo further treatment at the hospital for another week and is expected to make a full recovery soon. He will be under the supervision of skilled doctors. He will then be shifted home. Shivarajkumar, who is in America for another month, will return to India on January 26.
Dr. Shivaram Kumar’s surgery was successful, thanks to God’s grace and the blessings and prayers of many people. The critical phase is over, and Shivaram is responding well and recovering smoothly. He is expected to make a full recovery soon.
