CHITRADURGA: Groups of youths on two-wheelers created havoc on National Highway-48 on the outskirts of the city on August 15, popping wheelies and doing other stunts while draped with the Tricolour.
The actions of the youths created a scare for other motorists and videos of the incident have now gone viral on social media. Also, youth have been popping wheelies on major roads, creating problems for other road users.
Citizens have raised concerns over the actions of the youths and have demanded that the police strictly crack down on the menace and make the roads safer.
