BENGALURU: The Customs officials at the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) have seized 907 gm of gold from a passenger who had hidden it in his clothes.
The passenger had arrived from Dubai and was intercepted based on suspicion. The gold was found hidden in the waist band of his trousers.
The value of the seized gold is estimated at Rs 55 lakh. The passenger has been arrested.
