For those who have not yet got an opportunity to visit Kashmir, here’s your chance to get a taste of the unique Kashmiri food. Neo Kitchen By Hilton at Manyata Tech Park has organised a Kashmir food festival featuring traditional Kashmiri food.
On the menu is Muts, Chicken Qaliya, Rogan Josh, Nadur Gaad, Doon Chetin, Nadur Kebab, Subz Pulao, Rajma, Palak Haakh, Dum Aloo, Chaaman Qaliya among others.
The food festival is drawing crowds of food lovers and those who are looking for something new in Namma Bengaluru. The food festival is themed around a post-wedding Kashmiri Pandit ritual known as ‘Phira Saal’, wherein the bride’s family invites the newly-married couple and groom’s immediate family members for a feast.
It started on Friday (August 18) and will be on till August 27 in the evening. There will also be a Kashmiri brunch on August 27 between 12.30 pm and 4 pm.
