BENGALURU: The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) officials are cracking down on shops and commercial establishments that have not paid property tax, by sealing them with notices. The authorities are collecting taxes from business owners who have ignored multiple notices.

Thousands of crores are due in taxes to the civic body and revenue officials are taking action targeting commercial properties in areas like Banasawadi, Mallasandra and Shettihalli and surrounding areas.
