GADAG: Four members of a family were killed in a ghastly accident involving a NWKRTC bus and a car on the Hubballi-Bagalkot Highway on the outskirts of Konnur village in Naragund early today.
The deceased have been identified as Rudrappa Angadi (55), Rajeshwari (45), Aishwarya (16),and Vijay (12).
It is learnt that Rudrappa’s family was heading to the Kalloor Basaveshwara temple, and police say the victim’s vehicle collided with the bus while overtaking. The Naragund police have registered a case and are investigating.
