KALABURAGI: Four persons of a family sustained serious injuries after the car in which they were travelling fell into a canal on the Naganahalli Ring Road on the outskirts of the city on Tuesday night. All the injured were admitted to hospital.
The injured are Congress leader Vitthal Jadhav, his wife Ratnabai, daughter Sonali and son Vinod Kumar. The car (MH-02-BY-2230) fell into the canal after the driver lost control. The Kalaburagi traffic police have registered a case.
