Four arrested for setting fire at doctor’s house in Chandra Layout

BENGALURU: Four people have been arrested by the Chandra Layout police for setting fire at Doctor Gangadhara’s house on March 10. The accused have been identified as Prajwal, Rakesh, Sachin, and Jeevan Chandra.

The police suspect that BJP MLA Sathish Reddy’s associate, Ravi, was behind the incident, and that he had given a contract to set fire to the house for Rs 50,000. The accused had poured 40 litres of petrol and set fire to the house.

The police are now investigating why Ravi gave the contract, but the accused are not revealing the information. The police are conducting a thorough search for Ravi. The Chandra Layout police are continuing their investigation.
