BENGALURU: A foreign national created quite a scene early on Thursday morning in Banaswadi after he started an impromptu dance on the road.

The individual was blocking two-wheelers, autorickshaws and other vehicles even as he continued to dance, much to the anger of road users.

Some locals shot a video of the incident and later informed the police.
