BENGALURU: A food delivery agent has been arrested under the POCSO Act for allegedly sexually harassing a 10-year-old girl in a lift at an apartment in Talaghattapura police limits.
The girl was on her way up to the 13th floor of the apartment building when she was allegedly sexually harassed. The girl immediately informed her parents who informed the security guards.
The accused Chetan was nabbed from the apartment complex and a case registered against him at the Talaghattapura police station.
