CHITRADURGA: Traffic was piled up for nearly 5 km on National Highway-48 on Monday near KR Halli Gate in Hiriyur taluk, disrupting movement of vehicles headed to Bengaluru.
Traffic flow was affected due to the ongoing work on a flyover near KR Halli and vehicles were diverted to the service road. On Sunday night too, slow-moving traffic was witnessed on the same stretch.
