Fire breaks out at Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre in Electronics City 

BENGALURU: A fire broke out at the Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre at Electronics City in Bengaluru on Tuesday. The employees ran outside the centre as soon as they noticed the fire in one of the units. No casualties have been reported.

The incident occurred on the second floor of the G+2 building’s research centre around 4.40 am on Tuesday.

On receiving information, firefighters from the Electronics City fire station immediately rushed to the spot and doused the fire. The fire was completely brought under control by the firefighters. An investigation is under way to determine the cause of the fire.
