BAGALKOT: A father-daughter duo died after an unidentified vehicle collided with their two-wheeler and fled the scene near Kulageri Cross in Badami taluk on Saturday.
The deceased were identified as Basavaraj Bandivaddar (26) and Huligemma (3). They were on their way to the Anjaneya temple in Halageri when the accident occurred.
The bodies were sent to a government hospital for autopsy. The Badami police visited the spot and have registered a case and are on the lookout for the killer vehicle.
