CHITRADURGA: Janata Dal (Secular) youth wing president Nikhil Kumaraswamy on Sunday responded to questions regarding the life imprisonment handed down to former Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna, saying everyone has to abide by the court’s verdict, regardless of who it involves.

Speaking to reporters near Maskal in Hiriyur taluk, Nikhil Kumaraswamy emphasized that there is no need for further analysis of the court’s judgment. He was referring to the court’s decision in the case involving Prajwal Revanna.

He also mentioned that Prajwal Revanna was suspended from the party as soon as the allegations surfaced. “Our seniors suspended him from the party. At that time, there was no verdict on whether it was a crime or not. We need to understand the clarity of the seniors’ decision. I will not comment further on this matter”, he added.
