MYSURU: An eight-year-old boy died after he was crushed under the rotavator attached to a tractor at Devarasanahalli in Nanjangud taluk on Friday afternoon. The deceased is Bhavish, son of Mamatha who hails from the same village.
Mamatha had been living in Chamarajanagar ever since her marriage, and was visiting her paternal home along with children. Bhavish had gone to the fields with his uncle and they were ploughing the field when Bhavish fell from the tractor and got caught in the rotavator.
Bhavish’s body was torn to bits in the incident. The Nanjangud Rural police have registered a case.
