BIDAR: Two people, who had stolen biscuits worth nearly Rs 90,000 and fled, have been arrested by the Mannaekhelli police.
The duo was transporting Osmania brand of biscuits from Hyderabad to Bidar. They had stopped for lunch at Bhangur on the National Highway-9 when they stole 114 boxes of biscuits worth Rs 88,920.
The Mannaekhelli police, who had registered a case, managed to nab the culprits in three days after the incident. The arrested were produced before a court which remanded them to judicial custody.
