MANDYA: A group of drunk youths pelted stones at a KSRTC bus after the conductor refused to allow them to board, at Koppa Circle in Maddur town on Friday morning. While one of the youths was handed over to the police, four others fled.

The bus was on its way to Bengaluru when the drunk youths tried to board it. When the conductor did not allow them, the youths threw a stone at the rear windshield as the bus moved ahead. Two passengers inside the bus sustained injuries in the incident.

The Maddur police are now on the lookout for the other youths involved in the stone-pelting.
