BENGALURU : A woman, who was under the influence of alcohol, assaulted an autorickshaw driver and used abusive language at him The incident took place under the Sanjaynagar police station limits.
The auto driver, Nishant, was beaten up in the middle of the road for questioning the woman about her reckless driving of a car under the influence of alcohol.
A motorist in another car captured the fight between the woman and the auto driver on a mobile phone. In the video, the woman can be seen pulling the auto driver, holding him by the shirt collar on the road, and creating a ruckus for some time.
The woman even bit the auto driver’s hand and scratched his neck. A man who was accompanying the woman in the car can be seen trying to unclench her tight fist and break up the fight. It was not immediately known if a complaint had been registered with the police.
