MADIKERI: A minor boy killed his grandmother after an argument over a trivial issue at Betoli village near Virajpet on Thursday. It is said that the 15-year-old boy was drunk when he committed the act.
The deceased was identified as Yeravara Janaki (45) who was working as a labourer in the row houses belonging to one Ganesh. The Virajpet police visited the spot and have registerd a case.
