The incident occurred around 10.30 pm on December 3, when the young woman, a native of West Bengal, went to the gate to collect a parcel. Manjunath, who was allegedly drunk, said he wanted to be friends with her. When she refused, he forced her and used abusive language and tried to pull her into his flat, according to the complaint.
