BENGALURU: A two-wheeler rider died on the spot after crashing into a temple wall near High Grounds police station in Bengaluru in the wee hours on Thursday. The deceased, Sharath Kumar (25), was with a friend celebrating New Year’s Eve.
The duo was speeding on the bike around 2 am when the accident occurred. The impact was severe, killing Sharath on the spot and seriously injuring his friend.
The motorcycle was badly damaged. A case has been registered at High Grounds traffic police station.
