BENGALURU: The Namma Metro yellow line is likely to commence its operation partially in June. A set of train coaches from Titagarh in West Bengal has arrived in Bengaluru for the Metro’s Yellow Line. The coaches are set to undergo final trials by Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL).

Once the trials are completed, trains will operate every 30 minutes, and the frequency will increase as more trains are added. A total of 14 trains are required for this corridor, with eight trains needed to operate services every 15 minutes.
