KOLAR: A truck driver parked the vehicle by the side of the highway and committed suicide by hanging from a small tree. The incident occurred close to the Cafe Coffee Day outlet near Narasapura in the taluk.
The deceased truck driver was identified as Manjunath, a resident of Srinivasapura. However, the cause of suicide was not immediately known. The truck belongs to a person hailing from Nelamangala and the Vemgal police, who visited the spot, have registered a case.
