VIJAYAPURA: Villagers of Hunashyala PB in Basavana Bagewadi taluk were stumped when they saw a stray dog doing circumambulating a shrine continuously for hours today morning.
The small shrine of Lakkamma Devi is situated right next to the highway and a stray dog was circumambulating it in the anti-clockwise direction for more than four hours since early morning.
The villagers tried to remove the dog from the shrine, but it returnted and continued its circumambulation. Finally, the villagers gave up and let the dog go about its business.
