BIDAR: Several temples in the district are drawing huge crowds of devotees after word spread that the Nandi idols installed there are ‘drinking’ milk and water.
The ‘miracle’ was reported at temples in Dhumasapur, Marakanda, Kapalapur in Bidar taluk, Nirna and Mangalagi in Chittaguppa taluk, and Narayanpur in Basavakalyan taluk.
Women have been queuing up at the temples to offer milk and water to the Nandi idols after word spread. Several videos of women feeding milk and water to the Nandi idols at different temples are now doing the rounds on social media.
