BENGALURU: Former Prime Minister and JD(S) patriarchy H D Deve Gowda’s health is stable and there is no cause for concern. He has been shifted to a general ward and is undergoing further treatment.
Deve Gowda is expected to stay in the hospital for the next 2-3 days, after which he may be discharged.
Due to his illness, the Janata Dal (Secular) convention scheduled for Sunday has been postponed. The party has decided to reschedule the meeting, which was supposed to be held at the Palace Grounds, and will announce a new date soon.
