MANDYA: Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar’s escort vehicle overturned after crashing into a road divider on the Bengaluru-Mysuru highway while returning to Bengaluru after attending the Congress Sadhana Samavesha in Mysuru.
The incident occurred near Gowdahalli TM Hosur in Srirangapatna taluk of Mandya district. Two personnel in the escort vehicle suffered minor injuries and were rushed to a hospital in Mysuru for treatment.
Fortunately, DK’s car, which was behind him, was not in any danger, and he traveled safely to Bengaluru after the incident.
