CHIKKABALLAPUR: The body of an unidentified woman was found below a bridge near Namagondlu village in Gouribidanur taluk on Monday. The victim seems to be in her late 20s or early 30s, police sources said.
The body was found in a decomposed state and police are trying to establish the identity of the woman. It is suspected that she may have been murdered and the body dumped there. The Manchenahalli police have registered a case and are investigating.
