UDUPI: Darshan’s wife Vijayalakshmi visited the Kollur Mookambika Temple on Friday and offered a Chandika homa for Darshan’s release from jail.
Vijayalakshmi also offered special prayers to Goddess Mookambika. She sought the goddess’s blessings to resolve her husband’s legal issues. She performed Chandika homa under the guidance of Narasimha Adiga for the well-being of Darshan.
After the ritual, she visited the temple and had darshan of the goddess. Later, she offered a silk saree, fruits, and flowers to Goddess Mookambika.
Vijayalakshmi had arrived at Kollur with her relatives on Thursday night itself to perform the Chandika homa.
