MYSURU: Shooting of the movie ‘Devil’, starring actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, which had been suspended, will resume at the Government Guest House here, between March 12 and 14. This follows permission from DCP (law and order) Muthuraj to shoot for the movie between 7 am and 6 pm.
Darshan had been shooting for the movie at the same venue and had stayed at the Radisson Blu hotel when he was arrested in the Renukaswamy murder case. After his release on bail, he is now set to resume shooting for the movie.
On March 15, the film crew will shoot at the Lalit Mahal palace hotel from 7 am to 9 pm. The police will deploy teams of 10 personnel in shifts for security reasons for which the film crew has paid up Rs 1.64 lakh.
