BENGALURU: Sandalwood actor Darshan and his friend Pavithra Gowda, who are out on bail in the Renukaswamy murder case, will come face to face with each other for the first time after exiting jail when they present themselves before the CCH 57 court via video conference on January 10.
The last time the two had seen each other was when they were lodged in the Parappana Agrahara prison and were produced before a judge via video conference. After that, Darshan was moved to the Ballari jail after videos and pictures of him enjoying a luxurious life inside Parappana Agrahara prison were leaked.
Darshan was first granted interim bail on medical grounds and later got regular bail from the High Court of Karnataka. Later on, Pavithra Gowda too got regular bail, but the two have not met in person ever since.
All seventeen accused in the case, including those who have secured bail, have to present themselves before the court as per the bail conditions. Darshan and Pavithra will see each other via video conference for the first time for the first time in many months.
