CHAMARAJANAGAR: A man was mauled to death in a wild animal attack at KVN Doddi in Hanur taluk on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Govinda (55), who had taken out his cattle out for grazing near KVN Doddi in Male mahadeshwara Wildlife Sanctuary. A wild animal had eaten part of his body. A tiger or leopard attack is suspected.
Forest Department officials visited the spot and inspected the place.
