VIJAYAPURA: A local court has ordered a bike owner, Hussainsab Rampur, a resident of Shahapur Agasi, to pay a fine of Rs 26,500 for allowing a minor to ride his two-wheeler.
The incident occurred near the railway station in Vijayapura, where Railway PSI Shivananda Arenada noticed the minor riding the bike.
A case was registered against Hussainsab under the Motor Vehicles Act for violating traffic rules on November 26, 2024. A hearing was held at the Vijayapura 4th Additional Civil and First Class Magistrate Court regarding this case.
The court, after conducting a hearing, found Hussainsab guilty and ordered him to pay the fine. Judge Chandrakant has directed Hussainsab to pay a fine of Rs 26,500.
