KALABURAGI: A woman Congress worker, who impersonated a PUC student in the political science exam at the Milind College here, has been arrested. The accused was identified as Sampoorna Patil.
The college is run by the Kharge family and Sampoorna wrote the exam in place of the PU student Archana. The irregularity was detected by the Dalit Sene.
The issue came to light when activists of the Dalit Sene visited the college and raised questions about the impersonation. Following this, the college principal lodged a complaint with the Brahmapur police who arrested Sampoorna Patil.
