Despite locals intervening and advising them to stop, the students continued to engage in the altercation and even resorted to indecent behavior.
The police arrived at the scene and the students fled. The incident has gone viral on social media, with a video of the scuffle being widely shared. The incident occurred within the Hubballi city police station’s jurisdiction, and an investigation is under way.
