BENGALURU: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the city will experience chilly weather due to a cloudy atmosphere, which is expected to continue for the next three to four days. Some parts of the city witnessed light showers on Monday morning and evening.
According to the Meteorological Department’s forecast, the coastal and Malnad regions are expected to receive heavy rainfall.
The Met department has issued a yellow alert for six districts, including Uttara Kannada, Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Kodagu, Chikkamagalur and Shivamogga. A couple of places in Shivamogga district are likely to receive heavy rain, as per the forecast.
