CHAMARAJANAGAR: The husband of the Chamarajanagar City Municipal Council seems to be ruling by proxy and even occupying her office.
In yet another video that has now gone viral, CMC president Asha’s husband Nataraj can be seen pulling up officials over civic workers marking attendance and not performing their duties properly.
Only a few days ago, a video and audio clip had gone viral where Nataraj was allegedly having an argument with a contractor, insisting that the latter should meet him first before bills are cleared.
