CHITRADURGA: A youth, Prithviraj, who had set his two-wheeler on fire in front of Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru a few days ago, hs now released another video wherein he has spoken about various issues. He has created a stir by threatening that he wants to clear all remarks on Lord Manjunatha of Dharmasthala temple in connection with the Sowjanya rape and murder case.
Prithvi is a resident of Gandhinagar in Challakere. A few days ago, his mother had gone to Challakere police station to lodge a complaint that her son was missing. On July 27, he went to the police station with a mobile phone and questioned the police about alleged harassment to his mother. At that time, he alleged that the police had assaulted him and took away his mobile phone.
He had given a warning to blow up the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), IISc and Vidhana Soudha. Besides, he says he is an ardent fan of actor Darshan. He said the police could arrest him and put him in a cell next to actor Darshan. After this, he was quiet for a few days. Later, Chitradurga SP Dharmendhar Kumar suspended Challakere ASI Musturappa on the charge of dereliction of duty after Prithviraj clashed with the police near Vidhana Soudha and created a ruckus by setting fire to his bike.
Prithviraj has now made another video which went viral on Instagram. He said that all the officers and staff of Challakere police station should be suspended and he will appear before a Bengaluru court on Saturday.
Prithviraj made several controversial statements in the video. He claimed that he will go to the Dharmasthala temple on by walk after attending the court hearing and said that he believed that the temple has been polluted after the Sowjanya case. He also invited actor Duniya Vijay to join him in his protest. He claimed he will fight alone in this issue and warned that no one should stop him from going Dharmasthala.
This is not the first time Prithvi Raj has made headlines. His controversial statements have sparked concerns about the potential consequences of his actions. The police have kept close eye on him, after the videos have gone viral on social media, causing widespread debate and discussion.
